Tom Kerber, President of Kerber USA
Tom is the President of Kerber Applied Research Inc., a research and development firm in Ontario, Canada. He is also the Founder and CTO of Illumacell Inc., which focuses on using photosensitive drugs to combat cancer by targeting tumor cells deep within the body. Additionally, Tom founded Genesis Health Light, a company that markets a patented PBM technology he developed over 14 years ago.
Recently, Tom launched SunPowerUVC, a U.S. company that innovatively uses UVC light to disinfect PPE masks for reuse. A prolific inventor, Tom holds several U.S. and Canadian patents in medical devices utilizing light, with more pending. He is committed to creating devices that benefit humanity, especially in alleviating pain and inflammation through his PBM technology.

Nikki Clarke, Owner and Founder of The Nikki Clarke Network
Nikki Clarke, is the founder, producer, and host of the multiple award-winning talk show, The Nikki Clarke Show on Afroglobal TV Network and on www.nikkiclarkenetwork.com. Nikki is an accomplished singer /songwriter. Nikki is the Immediate Past President of the Ontario Black History Society. Nikki has over 25 years of experience as a community activist. Nikki is an honouree of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women in 2022. In 2023, Nikki was nominated for RBC’s Women of Influence , Broadcast Media by the Black Business, Professionals and Entrepreneur Awards, Entrepreneur and Business by the Waterfront Awards, Torchbearer’s Award by the Voice of Africa and 2024 City of Brampton’s 100 Black Community Builders and Champions . Nikki recently published her first children’s story book called ” The Paper Clip Princess” and will also launch her e book” I Can Care but Can’t Carry” this Fall 2024. Nikki is the National Business and Membership Manager for the Canadian Black Chamber of Commerce. Nikki is also the Executive Vice President of Partnerships and Development for the International Peace Festival.

A+ is a vegan and gluten-free smoothie facility that highlights the best of nature in delicious ways. Founded by a Clinical Physiologist specializing in active restorative care, A+ was initially created to support clients’ nutritional health.
Collaborating with a team of registered dietitians, nutritionists, and microbiologists, He has developed a lineup of nutritionally dense smoothies that can be easily tailored to individual health goals and symptoms. The success of this initial offering led to the creation of a more regular line for family members and colleagues.
After 2.5 years of focus groups and over 75 revisions, his team has achieved the perfect balance of consistency, shelf-life, and, most importantly, taste. Their goal is , "Healthy Deliciousness," captures their commitment to making healthy choices enjoyable, ensuring customers keep coming back.
