Blaise is a very thorough professional. She does an excellent job of tailoring the program to your current physical abilities and week after week get closer to your goals. She continually encourages her clients to move past their limitations and embrace progress.

I have been working with Blaise since May. I had concerns about my posture (thanks to computers and texting), weak back and shoulders, and some ankle pain/ mobility issues. These problems are respectively 10, 13, and 5 years old. I have worked with multiple trainers, massage therapists, physiotherapist, chiropractors, osteopaths, and had acupuncture with very little to no improvement
